Zig have advised that these two terminals are in fact common so it does not matter which way round they are connected. However if you look at the wiring diagram you will see that these connections are swapped over ( fridge to 11, 12S plug to 12). There is also a slight printing error in this manual, if you look at the page(s) with the suggested wiring diagram and a diagram of 12S plug opposite, underneath the 12S plug it states " Connect terminal no 11 on the CF9 unit to terminal 6 ( red cable) on the 12S plug and connect the 12 volt positive wire from the refrigerator to terminal 12 on the CF9 unit. This also covers the CF9B, the "B" simply refers to the colour of the front panel.
